Account Requirements
A physical retail store is required.
A valid Business License Number and Tax ID must be provided.
Order Minimums
Opening Order: $500 minimum.
Re-Orders: $200 minimum.
Payment Terms
Payments must be pre-paid via credit card, PayPal, or check.
COD (cash on delivery) is not available.
Sample Requests
We do not provide free samples.
Samples can be purchased at MSRP (no minimum order required). The sample cost will be credited back when you place a wholesale order. Simply include your sample order number with your wholesale order for reimbursement.
Shipping Terms
All orders ship from our Las Vegas, NV warehouse.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified.
Exact shipping charges cannot be determined until the order is packed and weighed, but estimates can be provided upon request. Please note that estimates are subject to final billing and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Insurance: All packages are insured for their full value unless the customer specifically opts out. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.
Returns, Damages, and Packing Errors
For damages, packing errors, or returns, please contact Viverano within 2 days of receipt.
All sales are final and cannot be returned unless a mistake or damage is confirmed.
Drop Shipping
Drop shipping services are not available at this time.
Online Sales Policy
Online sales require pre-approval from Viverano.
Sales on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or discount/flash sale sites (e.g., Groupon) are strictly prohibited.
Any violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of the wholesale account.
